Hi, I've been playing with various iOS loopers and today I've locked my sights on GTL and installed.

Really liking the UI / visualisation. Simple, neat and intuitive. Nice one.

I've noticed its been a while since the app has been updated - are there any future releases in the pipeline?

I'd agree with the 'multiple outs' and 'midi binding' improvements. Would be very cool if there was AUv3 support, but not at the expense of the other features. One thing the AUv3 on iOS universe lacks is a AUv3 looper.... ever considered porting?!

Anyway, i'm looking forward to giving GTL a thrashing over the next few weeks.

    Hi @d4d0ug, thanks for joinig.

Glad you like GTL. There is an update in the works. AUv3 hosting, better midi bindings, lots of other stuff.

As for multiple outs - I’ll do this eventually!

I’ve thought about making a paired down version as an audio unit, maybe for the future. :)

    Any questions just ask.
  • Hi! thanks for the welcome.

One quick one - is there a way to make a loop continuously record / overdub?

    cheers.

  • oh and yay for updates in the works.

I think i've seen a comment to say its not possible at the moment. No worries. Would be cool.

  • Are you looking to start overdubbing straight after a record? I'm afraid not yet.

Yeah, that would be cool. Can do this with my tc ditto x4 looper pedal good for layering up, but meh, sound like you’ve got lots of goodness on its way 😀
